Our transport team

The collection is the first thing we do, and often the only thing that has to happen the same day. It is handled by our own transport team, day and night, all year round. We do not contract it out.

When do you collect?

When you are ready. If the death happened at home there is usually no hurry, and many people want some time together first. Tell us when it suits and we will come. If the death happens in hospital or a care home we collect from there once the staff have finished.

What does the transport cost?

Collection within our area is included in the funeral options. If the death happens further away, or the person who has died is to be taken to another place, there is an additional cost that we work out and write into the quotation. See our prices.

Who are they?

The same people, year after year. Bengt Johansson, Lage Andersson, Jens Karlsson, Tommy Adolfsson, Jan Graffman, Karl-Erik Nedfors and Jonny Velinder. Several of them have worked for us for decades, and you will meet some of them again as pallbearers at the ceremony.
