Legal help in Växjö: estate inventory, inheritance and family law
We have our own legal advisers in-house. That means you can get help with the estate inventory, the distribution of the estate and the estate administration from the same firm that arranged the funeral, without having to start again somewhere else. We also help with agreements and documents during your lifetime.
What can we help with?
After a death
- The estate inventory, from the notices to the registered document at the Swedish Tax Agency
- Distribution of the estate and estate administration
- The practical winding up of the estate: subscriptions and insurance policies to be cancelled, the home and belongings to be dealt with, the tax return
During your lifetime
- Wills
- Prenuptial agreements and other matters for those of you who are married
- Cohabitation agreements and other matters for those of you who are cohabiting
- Lasting powers of attorney, deeds of gift and other documents
Why the same firm that arranged the funeral?
So that you do not have to tell the whole story again.
We already have the details about the person who has died, about who the parties to the estate are and about what has been ordered. That shortens the work and reduces the risk of something slipping through the cracks when two different firms have to talk to each other.
Who will you meet?
Rikard Löfgren is our legal adviser, and Johnny Ringeborn and Annika Johnsson are our legal assistants. All three are based at the head office on Nygatan in Växjö, where you also come to plan a funeral.
Do we need to have used you for the funeral?
No. You are just as welcome to use us only for the legal work, whoever handled the funeral.
What does it cost?
It depends on the case. Call us and we will go through what you need and what it comes to, before you decide. The first conversation costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.
