One thing at a time
What do you do when someone has died?
The first thing to know is that almost nothing has to happen today. Once a doctor has certified the death, there is time to gather yourself. Call us when you are ready and we will go through the situation together.
What has to be done today?
Very little. A doctor must certify the death, and the person who has died needs to be collected. We take care of the second part, day or night.
What can wait until later?
Everything else. You do not need to decide on the coffin, the ceremony, the death notice, the burial or the estate inventory now. We go through it calmly when we meet, and you do not need to have made up your mind beforehand.
If you would like to know how it usually works, from the first phone call to the burial, it is described step by step.
